I just moved to around the corner 2 months ago. I have visited this location 6 times. If you enjoy workers that have the... intelligence of 3 year old children this is your place. Every time I have went to order food they have messed up my order withmultiple errors, even after specifying the mistake they said in the drive thru they still do exactly what they said they wouldfix. They are rude and idiotic when you go back to confront them on the many mistakes they make. They also portion their foodway less than any other Taco Bell I have ever visited in my life. The person that runs this establishment should hire an entirenew staff base or close this restaurant down. Read more
Messy with garbage everywhere and employers on their phone. When you correct them them and your done ordering they talk in a... different language and start laughing then both look at you. I'm not racist or anything but if your customer can't speak thelanguage the employee does then it shouldn't be spoken unless on your own time . Read more
If I could rate a zero I would. The girl at the counter struggled to place our order, while 3 employees stood at the drive thru... window watching, but did not offer help. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty. My table was sticky. I got my food,and had rotten lettuce on my tacos. The manager told me it's only one spot, it's fine. I will never step foot back in thatrestaurant. She refunded me for half my meal, and walked away. Awful experience. Read more
I used to love Taco Bell when I was a kid going with my mom on special occasions. Paying $18 for 4 tacos and fry supreme that... barely had any meat on them feels bad. I can?t say I?ll visit this store again unfortunately. Read more
Unfortunately the staff at the time were not really paying attention to what I was ordering and I got the wrong food. I asked... for dine in and got take out. food order perfect but service at the drive thru was confusing as during the order I was left hanging as after I had finished... giving my order, I was left with dead air for about a minute. this was followed by the attendant re requesting my order againfrom the top. following that, there was some confusion regarding my request for an additional burrito to be added to my valuebox order. it took some time to explain that I did not want the value box's included burrito to be substituted with this otherburrito, but wanted the other burrito in addition to the one that was already included. after exhausting my attempts toexplain, I eventually settled on what was a half understood explaination of my request. I received my value box combo with asubstituted burrito that was the same as the one I had requested to be in addition-to, rather than the originally includedburrito as well as the additional burrito that was requested. I believe there may have been a technical problem with thecommunication hardware that was the cause of my multiple repetitions I had to make of my order, as well as the time spentattempting to explain the attendant's comprehension errors of that order. the food was promptly received afterwards and theother was perfect and tasted great. Was clean and service was fast, although little stingy on the meat topping .. fries Supreme had next to no meat at all and the... beef burritos had more rice than anything with little bits and I mean BITS of meat scattered .. couldn't even tell it wasthere.. probably choose a different location next time. I've pre-ordered here 4 times over the last 6 months and they always forget to give me the extra sauces I order (and pay for)... and never label their food. When you're with a vegetarian, it's better to know which items have beans and which have beefwithout having to rip them apart. Read more
