Horrible service. These people are always miserable, they are snotty and rude, and dont know the basics of customer... service. Everytime i come in, pawandeep is working and she is never smiling. The attitude of one of the Sikhwinder was her name, I came here twice already, the first time we came she had the worse attitude... I have ever seen ever from any food server but I told my self people have bad days maybe something happened to her, but now Ivisit again over a week later and she is there again and she had the worse attitude ever AGAIN and she was huffing and puffingat me even tho I was extremely nice and she kept rolling her eyes at me and speaking rudely to me for absolutely no reason I wasjust ordering my sandwiches ?. I already saw how many bad reviews this place has about customer service but I must say thepeople that work there don?t have a problem but Sikhwinder I have seen her my self be rude to other customers and then mepersonally EXTREMELY rude with me for no reason Twice. The food at Subway is good as can be expected at any other subway, but this was the second time we've been to this location and... the customer service needs significant improvement. More people skills required (such as manners, simply smiling, or even sayinghave a nice day - the basics), as opposed to blank stares and eye rolling. Extremely poor customer service. I ordered on skip and despite providing everything from my name, number, total amount of the... order, to the toppings on the subs themselves, the staff were very rude and would not provide me my food and said they wouldONLY DO SO with a confirmation number which I did not have as I ordered from my office computer. Absolutely disgusted with theirservice and I even already paid for my order that they were refusing to give me. The manager outright mocked me and wasincredibly unprofessional. I highly recommend you use another restaurant to fulfill your needs because these people do notdeserve anyones business. I can?t wait to see the lies the manager comes up with after I told him he would be getting a poorreview over this pitiful interaction. It?s no wonder this place only has barely 3 stars. Disgusting. Terrible food. Hard as rock bread. Rude people! My son went in, was asked to put a mask on, he said it must have fallen out of... his pocket. Man said go next door and buy one, my son agreed. As he was leaving he found it in his pants pocket. Man called hima liar! I went in to the store to speak to the man working behind the counter. He denied calling my son a liar, but didn?t knowhe was being recorded as he said it. Also we only get pickles as a topping. The lady put three pickles on our sub, we offered topay for more pickles, she then put 3 more on, If we don?t get anything on our sub besides pickles, is it to much to ask for morethen 6 pickles? Nothing worse than the workers allowing walk-in platter orders during the lunch rush. One worker doing platters, the other... taking 5-sub orders. Then when it?s finally my turn I get bumped again for 2 Uber eats orders. Are you kidding me? Read more
I have gone here about 8 or 9 times. The 2 mature workers have each used a rude tone with me. When I asked the guy for the... receipt he shoved it at me and in a snotty tone said You want anything else? And the mature woman used a rude tone another timewhen I asked for several toppings. I usually don't get a hello or a thanks like you do everywhere else so guess what from nowon I will go out of my way to a different store where the workers give at least the bare minimum in service and are notmiserable like the people at the Fairview location have been to me. This Subway has become a very reliable and very safe dinner or lunch stop for my 3 kids and wife. The food is always fresh, and... there are very few complaints. I still refuse to tip for fast food service and it annoys me that the system they use defaults to15% unless you state otherwise. That's the minus 1 star. Read more
