Got a Large Pizza and 3 drink combo with the month of free Cave TV promotion. Ordered online and selected contactless pickup... and even paid online so it would be a quick in-out experience. Oh how I was wrong. First off the restaurant was filthy withdirty tables and floors. Second I could see order sitting on top of the oven and still had to wait over 15 min to be greetedand served at witch point I had to ask for my 3 drink and had to ask again for my Crave promotion coupon witch he had to run tothe back and find witch took another 2 min. Luckly my pizza and garlic bread was not bad but I don't think I will bereturning to this establishment anytime soon. When I was contacted by Pizza Pizza corporate about my experience they left amessage on my phone and spoke so fast and with such an accent that I could not understand a single word they were saying. Pizza is undercooked didn't get everything I ordered tried to call back and they have left me on hold for over a hour and 2... times they hung up on me to try to avoid dealing with the problem . I called back again and they said there is nothing they cando . Absolutely horrible customer service . I should get what I paid for . Never ordering from here again Read more
Very horrible experience if you see the cleaning process.. No space to sit as all tables were uncleaned.. The people working in... front don't know about the options and you will have to refer website while placing order for dine-in.. if you really want toeat good pizza, go somewhere else or other pizza pizza locations but not here please.. Front lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while when I walked in for pickup but that being said it was late at night... and the pizza was delicious, hot and ready right on time so I was satisfied. Read more
I got funnel cake sticks and had to wait 10-15mins because they forgot all about it, manager put them in and didn?t tell any... employees to watch them. So they were cold before I even left the store. Then got home and they didn?t put any of the powder onit so it?s literally just deep fried dough? This location is usually pretty good. The best pizza ever was sunday May 2 at 7h15 p.m. The young guy working really paid... attention to detail. Under the pizza never got wet. Even after driving 20 minutes home. Was zero oil floating on top in themiddle of my pizza. All the toppings and the cheese was distributed evenly across the whole thing. And to top it off the hotsauce drizzle didnt look like a mess. For real I know its just a pizza but this was an amazing pizza. I wish it was like thisevery time. And it wasnt over cooked. This pizza place was awesome. We were getting pizza for 40 people at a hockey tournament. The young lady taking our order was... very good and got the order right the first time. We had 3 people with gluten allergies and she got gluten free crust right. I tried ordering from another pizza place first and spent 10 minutes on the phone and they could not Get our order eve close toright. I called Pizza Pizza and she got our order right in 3.5 minutes. Great food delivered in 35 minutes it was awesome Ihighly recommend it. Read more
