Amazing customer service. We were having difficulty trying to have a street address for where I was working, and Rachael took... the time to find a main intersection, and give the delivery driver specific instructions as to my location. The pizza arrivedfaster than what was estimated, extremely hot, and fresh! As well, there was a friendly thank you note written in the box,which was a nice personal touch, and was really appreciated. my original pizza order was wrong, I got credit back for the pizza. I went to use the credit today without realizing you can't... use the credit for delivery charges. I called back to cancel my order after realizing my mistake after I called back andexplained Kim was really nice and is sending the pizza even though I can't pay for the delivery charge. great customer service Read more

I __thought__ this would be the #1 pizza for me as soon as I took the first bite out of Meatzaa (and I initially rated it 5... stars as well). Short answer: They are __not__ the best. (Sigh ????????) Their toppings were really flavourful compared to therest and they dont try to cheap out on the amount of toppings. They also seemed to have perfected the amount you need to cookthe ingredients to make to most juciest and most flavorful pizza I had tasted in Canada. BUT Like everything in life goodtimes only last that long. As we took more pizzas from them I realized it must be about the person who is cooking it. Sometimesthe pizza was just bone dry and wrinkled toppings (see below) and sometimes the base sauce + pepperoni = too salty. They arestill quite good but I cannot in good faith keep them at five stars at the moment. Oh by the way... Friendly staff, always clean and quick service. We ordered Pasta which was undercooked, chicken overcooked with very little... sauce. My son called back to explain our displeasure with the order and was told that is how it's always prepared. I won't beordering again, very disappointed with lack of concern. The quality here was superb when they first opened. Since then, it has taken a drastic dive. Either our orders take forever and... show up luke-warm, items are missing, wrong items sent, or pizza is cut into some new weird pattern where someone gets 1/4 thepizza in one slice and someone else gets a 2 bite slice. ????Dissapointed with their pizza..They give you a coupon for their speciality pizzas..so you get the illusion of a special... deal, BUT then they serve you with a pizza that has only half the amount of toppings it should have....They try to becheap...and they loose customer like me right away....I hope more people avoid this place so they learn a lesson for luringpeople in with their specials...that are not specials at all...I did not even finish that pizza...also the dough is too chewyand gummy...like a home made pizza you left two days in the fridge and tried to re-heat it.....????AVOID this pizza place...Iwill....
