Hi I ordered cake for my husband?s birthday when I received the writing on it was so baad that you can?t even read .. after a... month later I went to order my son?s cake I requested them that I want proper handwriting for his cake, the employer got mad atme told me to leave the store. I complained to head quarters and owner called me and offer me $5 off on my next purchase. Theowner and employees don?t know how to do customer service. This happen to me 2 years ago. The ice cream was yummy. Me and my boyfriend went in 15 minutes before closing knowing it was soon so we could we?re trying to... be quick but the staff were rude to us and half the flavours were already out away, not super pleased. Read more

As you walk in nice smell of fresh waffle cones greet you, you also get acknowledged right away by employees. Long lines in... summer but line moves pretty quickly as icecream is ready, and all they have to do is put it in cup or cone. You can get anyflavour of icecream into a milkshake, but that may take about 2 minutes. Overall very pleasant experience. Read more
