Terrible experience! I placed a special order on March 12th and have been waiting to get notified for pickup. Now on March 25th... I finally asked where the food was, and nobody ever recorded my order, although there?s a full email thread with the request anddetails, and now they said they won?t fill the order. And that no special orders will be taken. These people clearly have nointerest in running an efficient business, making money or communicating with customers. Wonderful food!!! We are new to town and I was looking for a good comfort meal and was I ever delighted when I opened my meal, I... couldn't stop smiling the entire time I ate it! We moved to Brantford recently and ordered for the first time tonight. The portions were big, so much flavour and just good home... cooked food. We had the whole chicken with rice and veggies and the peanut chicken stew. Everyone was happy and fed 4 peoplewith leftovers. Definitely will be one of our go to places!! Read more
