Worst pizza we have had in a long time. We love brick oven pizza and make a point of trying one in each location we visit. What... we were served at Florentina's does not qualify as a pizza (maybe a flatbread?) The crust was a cracker consistency and awful.My husband also had a cup of the Toscana soup which he found very bland. The highlight of the meal was the side salad withItalian dressing which was good and pushed the rated up from a 1 to a 2. Service was mediocre, provided by a waitress who didn'twant to be there. Amazing food and amazing service! The manager is very friendly, we visited with him for half an hour. The dessert is incredible... and the Alfredo sauce is made from scratch! If you do nothing else in Branson, except eat here, your trip is worth it! Read more

Our expectations were exceeded at Florentina?s! We stopped by for a date night and now I can?t wait to go back! I had the... Chicken Parmigiana with Fettuccine Alfredo and it was all amazing. The food was good and the decor was nice inside of this little restaurant, but our service was lackluster at best. It wasn't... packed at all on a Monday night, but our waitress was very dismissive when asked about gluten free options. It's alreadyembarrassing and difficult for us to find options that don't cause her to feel like she has the flu as it is. She just got thepasta and left it at that. We weren't offered any adult beverage options or anything else for that matter, and by the time wefinished we were just ready to pay for the meal and be gone. We are good tippers because of the hassle her many questions bringwhen out eating, but not when people are rude and dismissive to us. Very nice Italian restaurant. The food was amazing, the have great gluten free pasta and most of the sauces are gluten free. Or... server was very knowledgeable and helpful dealing with my wheat allergy. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Read more

Matt, our server and bartender, was amazing!! My mom and I came in super close to close but Matt and the rest of the staff... treated us so well and made it very clear we were welcome as long as we wanted to stay! While they don?t provide a wine orcocktail menu upon sitting at your table Matt was so knowledgeable about what drinks paired well with what dishes all we coulddo was trust him, and I?m glad we did! The moscato he recommended paired beautifully with our appetizers and meal! Not only isthe building, art, and lighting beautiful and welcoming so is the food! The seafood ravioli is to die for, the oven baked pizzais a new favorite of mine, and the trio appetizer is delicious! I will definitely be coming back the next time I?m in Mo!! Let me start by saying this is not my usual style of place to eat. Just look through my reviews. Started off with bread and oil... which is better than most. Ordered the Calamari as an appetizer and it was cooked wonderfully. A must have! As an entree I hadthe Ossobuco which was great. You must check out the photos and stop in for a meal here.
