Her staff is... personable and very attentive to detail, helping to make the event as seamless as possible. At our most recent event, a buildingdedication ceremony, Laura noticed a delay in the delivery of floral arrangements and jumped right in to remedy the situation.In short, The Filling Fork/Laura Fowler-Goss will always be the local caterer recommended by me. The Filling Fork features tasty food that you can eat in or take out. It is also the storefront for a catering business. The... food is locally sourced, literally farm to market fresh. We had chicken salad sandwiches on delicious fresh multigrain bread.The portions were very generous and the price moderate so an excellent value.
