Food was good. Didn't get $12 of product from my order, and three items were incorrect. What we did receive was good though.... This was also right at the end of day shift, they were wrapped up with a line around the building, and I was the last to enterof 4-6 groups waiting for inside take-out orders. (Mobile drive thru was disabled at this location at the time.) On my way tospeak with the daytime manager to see if this could be resolved. We ordered 3 burritos each (3 people) and for whatever reason the lady taking it just seemed to get confused. We pulled around... paid and waited. As we waited the drive thru window was open and the ladies were talking to each other. We decided we wantedsome hot sauce so I tried to get her attention bit to no avail then the bag of burritos was handed out. Intended to dine in, but dining area was like a freezer! Ordered at self service kiosk. As my party waited, the kitchen staff... constantly argued over who was working on what ticket. They were very busy with what appeared to be a lot of door dash orders,because those of us waiting and the drive thru line seemed to be incredibly slow. Food was as expected for Taco Bell. Read more
This is my one and only time I've done this so far, and it pains me to do it. I have excellent memories of this place as a kid,... and over the years the quality has slowly went down. This morning I intended to order breakfast, it is 9:30 in the morning andthis location is not a popular breakfast spot. I was told for the third time in a row that they had no eggs ready, that they hadran out and that it was going to be a thirty minute wait. The third time this has happened. These employees are making excusesnot to work and I can see it happening at other taco bell locations in the metro. It's inexcusable that they have no eggs at 930in the morning, if you don't have pretty much the essential base for most breakfast items, then why are you open for breakfast?I will not be returning and I suggest you stay far away as well. Friendly staff, fast service. They are.drive through only right now. Their frosty drink are something else, make ya want to slap... somebody. The strawberry island is crazy good. My first time eating breakfast with them and I enjoyed it very much. Read more
The worst experience I've ever had at a drive thru. Person in front of me at the drive thru waited a long time. When I got up to... the window I found out why. It took the cashier a long time to greet me at the drive thru, didn't acknowledge they received myorder after I said, "hello?" they finally mumbled asking if there was anything else. When I repeated my whole order back theysaid they got that and *with an attitude* added "that's why I asked if you wanted anything else." I pulled up to the window,tried to be friendly and was not given the same in return. Waited 5 min to get food after paying, no mask over her nose and thelady sounded sick. Other person in the kitchen also didn't have mask over their nose. At the window she didn't say hi, took mymoney, made me wait, and LEFT the window to go talk to coworker. She came back laughing, handed me my bag and didn't sayanything else. The whole terrible interaction made me question if something had been done to my food because they got mad when Iwas trying to make sure they got everything after not even acknowledging they heard me. NO sense of urgency, and if you can't bepolite, you shouldn't be working the window. Go do something that makes you happy. Taco bell, please refund my money for this. Read more
