I ordered a turkey spinach wrap with the meat and cheese heated, at the drive thru. When I left and opened the bag, I received a... small than usual, plain, white wrap that was cold and had not been heated. For $10 this wrap was about half the size of usualspinach wrap. I called the restaurant and spoke to the lady that prepared it. She said that they were out of spinach wraps andthat don?t heat the meat and cheese. I asked her why she didn?t tell me that when I ordered to which she had no answer. I feelduped and scammed! She offered no kind of compensation for my trouble, accept to say bring the wrap back and we?ll make you anew one. Why would I drive all the way back to Subway just get the same, ?we don?t have spinach wraps and we don?t heat themeat?? This restaurant is giving you smaller than usual portion sizes and giving you what they want you to have, instead of whatyou ordered and taking your money for it. Bad business!! Read more

The family enjoys our Subway. The bread always tastes fresh and the staff is very friendly. The salads are really good too!

We just had a really excellent experience at this Subway. All of the employees were very friendly and attentive. I was amazed at... the way one employee, who I assumed to be management, helped with our sandwiches and trained a newer employee at the window atthe same time. Though she was busy, she didn't miss an opportunity to smile and interact with the customers in the store andthe drive through. Read more

This is the second time I have been to the subway and have got my order wrong and when I place my order I am made to feel like I... am inconveniencing the employees there. The first time was a foot-long tuna with extra mayo when I got the sandwich it appearedto be thrown together and there was no extra mayo yesterday I ordered a BOTM was not ask her to please repeat my order instead afoot-long ham and salami with very little mayonnaise was put together on white bread when I requested wheat. Generally in thepast when I have stopped by the subway the service is always been decent but it has slacked off as of late I would be moreunderstanding if there was a line full of cars but whenever I drive up to place an order there is only myself and that?s it Iwould honestly like to make the suggestion if the manager reads this to please take a look at your staff I feel to understandwhy when someone drives up in places an order that things are just for lack of a better term thrown together and the customer ismade to feel like they are being a big inconvenience might I suggest more training thank you Read more
