These people need to train other fast food places how patrons should be treated. Kudos to everyone there. They were all so... polite and courteous. You were greeted from the moment you walked in the door. One of the ladies even made sure she stated againthat some will be with you shortly. I just order a veggie sub with banana peppers. I didn't have 1 banana pepper or pepper jack cheese on my sandwhich, they were... very STINGY with the vegetables and my bread was soggy. I WILL NOT ever order from Suvway again. I don't want to pay $7 forsoggy bread! I did not get my money's worth! Read more
Staff was nice and accommodating. The store was clean and food looked good. Will definitely go again.
The door was locked and one employee would not answer the door. They simply said they were closed even though the lights were... still on and there was no closed or open sign in the door. Apparently according to two other customers in the parking lot thisis not the first time it's happened. I do not understand why this place will be locking its door at around 6:00 p.m. when peopleare heading home or trying to pick up dinner. Terrible service. Read more
Giving them a 2 because I normally really like this subway because I believe the owner is normally here!! But this time my... service was awful a new younger girl with brown hair started working here and she is so rude. She doesn?t even welcome you orhelp anyone. The poor old lady behind me couldn?t get any ice to come out of the drink machine and she told the girl and thegirl said ?yeah it?s probably empty? instead of refilling it or walking around the counter to help her. She should also havemore toppings out because it looked like there was a total of 4 to choose from because she let everything get empty. Read more
Loved my sub and the customer service at this particular Subway. I just had a craving for a sub and it was getting late but... little did I know I?d be getting one of the best subs in my life as well as one of The greatest customer service experiences todate. Jay leads this location like a true visionary who cares about each customer and them getting a quality meal with freshingredients as well as going the extra mile to do so. This location is under new management and being redesigned and needs to bediscovered for the first time if your looking for good food with great customer service or rediscovered if you have forgottenabout this gem of a place from a previous experience. I will NEVER go back to this Subway! I work in the service industry as a bartender, and I deal with high volume! I would never... treat my guests the way I was just treated!! One of the girls making my sandwich was so rude and humiliated me in front ofeveryone in line. I asked politely and offered to pay for extra marinara for my roasted chicken sandwich, but she just put halfa serving on it. When I asked the other girl for more and again said I would pay whatever cost, the rude employee laughed andsaid "uh uh no that's going to dry out all my meatballs." She could have politely explained, and I would have understood. Iasked for pickles, but they were out of pickles(which i understand! No harm no foul!).
