I've been numerous starbucks and soon I walk in they will speak. But at this location nobody spoke at all. Then when I got to... the register to order the girl kept asking for my name and I was like mam it will come up when I scan the app. So I scan theapp and she was like oh it didn't come up and I'm saying in my head how when I have no issues at other locations but sheobviously didn't do something cause she asked me for my name again and then she was ok scan for your points. And to top it offwhen I did get my order she spelled my name wrong smh. I don't know if the girl was new or what but I'm going to stick to thelocations in Jackson. Read more

Usually my go to starbucks. But screw this place. My drink taste like straight fish the employee tried coming up with every... excuse in the book. Ive got this drink several times before and had 0 problems. Will not be coming back here. Read more

This store needs better management. They can?t keep up when the drive thru gets busy. I waited 20-30 mins for one drink today.... The person that took the order forgot about it. I had to talk with two different people before I finally go the coffee. Read more

Took 37 minutes for 2 poor overs. They weren't even started until I asked about their pogress 12 minutes later. It took another... 10 minutes to start them then another 15 minutes to get them. FOURTY customers were helped before us. They didn't care or evenoffer an apology. Won't go to this Starbucks again. Read more

I never go inside the stores anymore, and this location is the prime reason why. I needed to use the restroom so I went it. I... had ordered online but decided to add a crumb cake. Took 3 mins of ppl walking past me to finally greet me, then in the middleof me placing the order the cashier decided to start giving instructions on who needed to take out the trash, then asked if Iwanted it heated. I said No, but again she was still telling employees what needed to be done. Told me to scan my app andwalked away. I had no clue if it scanned and had to ask if it went through. Then when handed my order it was hot. She was tobusy bossing ppl around to actually listen to the customer. 1 min of undivided attention and she couldn't provide that Read more

Upon arrival I was excited to get a drink but Starbucks. When we placed the order for the our food and drinks the lady came... across as rude and you could tell in her tone that she was being lazy as if she didnt care about the customer. We were notinform prior to order they were out of Venti cup. When she stated this after the fact you could almost tell it was a afterthought. The our biscuits were cold and the drink were not made correctly. I give it two stars as my child still like her drink.The did one thing right. Read more

This Starbucks is amazing! My experience was decent considering this is a new location. I ordered the ?Caramel Ribbon Crunch... Frappuccino? and it was fantastic! I really like the interior and exterior design of this location. The inside of this Starbucksis cozy and well tidied up. The staff was very friendly. The wait time was okay, it could be improved though in the future.Overall, I am satisfied with my visit and purchase. Read more
