They get one star because I can?t give them zero. This particular sonic is just bad. All the time. Service is slow as molasses,... the order is usually wrong, the shakes are barley mixed, and you better have napkins is you get ANY drink because is WILL be amess! Read more

Twice in a row. TWICE in a row, on separate days, they completely get my order wrong. Then try to make me pay double, both... times?then they try to give me someone else?s order?both times. Did I mention 20 minute wait times each time and without acursory ?sorry? no less. Get it together Sonic. EDIT: I?ve upped the star count from one to two stars because of the replyfrom sonic. Worst Sonic ever....I received some pressed chicken. The chicken were not the crispy tenders that I am accustomed to, two packs... of catchup, had to practically beg for honey mustard, and no straw for my milkshake. $15.13 for imposter meat and nocondiments. I advise customers that want real meat not to go here. Read more

2 years ago, I would've said avoid this place at all costs. However, the past 6 months they have proven they are the best Sonic... within 100 miles. All food is fresh and taste great. It's a huge turn around. Congrats Sonic Brandon!! Read more

I always look forward to a stop at a Sonic Drive-in for my traditional BLT w/ cheese, no mayo, add honey mustard, and a... Strawberry Limeade... This location in Brandon MS, however, is one I hope to never visit again. I placed an order through myapp and checked in at stall #10. After 12 minutes and a few order deliveries around me, I pressed the buzzer to check on myorder. "Yes, I placed a mobile order that is no longer showing in my app, but I have not received it. Has it been prepared?" Isaid to the young lady over the speaker..... "Okaaay," she said... and then the red light went off on the stall. I waited about20 seconds, buzzed back in, repeated my request to the respondent, and was asked to "hold on" without a direct response towhether my order had been prepared. After a minute or so, I put my car in reverse to leave even though I had been charged forthe order, but then someone came out and handed me the order without an explanation or apology. The first thing I noticed wasthe time on the ticket was more than 15 minutes prior to me actually getting the order. Next, when I picked up the sandwich, itwas completely cold through the foil. No problem....I actually do eat cold food. But when I opened the sandwich, I wascompletely done.... MY TEXAS TOAST HAD NOT BEEN BUTTERED OR TOASTED!!!! At least my strawberry limeade was delicious. Servicethis bad was not worth staying at the restaurant to correct or address anyone. There was clearly a problem from management ondown. No wonder the stalls were not full of morning drink stoppers. Everyone has bad days or days where things are a littleoff, but it's a whole new level when bad service is given unapologetically. And the sad thing is... this kind of service withoutconnection or rapport is becoming more of a trend in the service industry. Read more

Nice group of young people as a staff and they're extremely nice and helpful. GREAT MILKSHAKE (STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE) and a... great burger too! Talk to young man that's a senior in high school. The one that delivered my food. Couldn't ask for nicermatters even told me about what his plans are when he graduates. Now I don't know who that young man's parents are and I'm sorryI don't know his name but you doing outstanding job with that young man. My hats off Sonic and that boy's parents and him aswell. Food was cold because it took the car hop three tries to get me all the food I paid for then asked multiple times for the... dipping sauce that comes with the food. I had to wait 10 minutes just for my dips. This place is trash and so were theemployees. Bumpers has much better food and service. Read more
