This is the second time I have gotten a pink burger and the fries are hard. They have reheated old fries. Horrible McDonald?s.... Service is horrible. I have tried to call up there there three times to complain no one will answer the phone. I left a messagefor someone to call me back. For over two weeks they have had no ketchup and the workers are rude. This McDonald?s needs toclose down immediately. They are getting people sick serving half done burgers. The sandwich ordered via the window was not what I ordered. When I returned it inside, the manager was overly rude, loud and... screamed offenses from the back where everyone out front could hear. Additionally, I requested extra tartar sauce where none wason the sandwich. When I returned it, the manager herself, again, according to the staffer, put a small amount of sauce in thebox, not on the sandwich, and it was given to me. I refused it and requested a refund -- not entirely because of the poorquality of the sandwich, but additionally because the manager (black female voice) continued to scream offenses from the backthat were rude and disrespectful. The sandwich was not representative of the quality sandwich I would consume nor serve toanyone. I was appalled at this type service from the McDonalds on the corner of Old Fannin Road and Spillway Road in Madison, MS(may be considered Brandon, MS). The cashier and other workers seemed helpless and intimated by the offenses spoken. Myexperience was unbelievable. I hope this review helps the workers who were subjected to her behavior. Read more
Pulled up and waited a couple of minutes at the drive through with no greeting, so I said, "hello?" "Gimme a second," was the... response I got. Meanwhile a couple of other cars got in front of me somehow without ordering and made their way through, and Istill didn't get a greeting. After a few more minutes I just left. I wish there was a zero star review. I don't even likeMcDonalds but it was my only option. Now I'm just hangry. Read more
There was a young white girl vaping in the back. Manager didn't want to give me the phone number to who ever owns the franchise.... The employees are out of control, hollering and just loud and obnoxious. Day care are better run than this place Read more
From Chicago ....we were visiting our family living in Brandon. We stopped at McDonald's. The staff was rude giving us bad... looks. I was also told at the drive- thru window that they don't have a coffee. It was 11:00 am. When I protested and told herto make some, she was immediately back with cup of coffee ?? This is the worst McDonald's we have ever experienced. People beaware. Read more
I?m impressed by the improvements in service and food quality and correct orders at McDonald?s Spillway. I not only spend my... earned bread with the location but I also am a gig driver on multiple platforms and this location has definitely improved andstepped up their game. As a gig driver timing is everything and this location understands that and get me my orders in timelymanners and work with me to the point I feel like I?m apart of their staff which is a cool feeling as a gig driver especiallysince I do quite a few deliveries from this location. And then after a long work day for food fuel to power through the day Iget some grub and it?s on point and hits the spot. Over a year or so ago now I had multiple bad experiences on orders but Ifeel everyone deserves a chance at redemption to show the can be better and McDonald?s off Spillway has definitely done justthat. The fries and nuggets were fresh, but the girl at the window that give us our food and drinks put coffee in my half and half... tea. As if I wouldn't notice. I'm thinking she was aware of doing it because she gave me a smirk at the window. McDonald'semployees if you make a mistake, fix the issue and don't try to cover it up.
