Do not eat here! Staff was very rude. Cashier kept rolling her eyes at my wife and had a terrible attitude. When my wife would... ask her questions she would roll her eyes and either point or just make faces at her but wouldn't answer questions. Food wasgarbage and burgers were soggy. Found roaches in the restroom and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We took onebite and threw the rest of the food away. This was my first and last time ever going to a Krystal. The place has gone down over the years. The inside looks like a sitting health violation. The tables and chairs were sticky, the... floor was a mess, and the place had a foul smell. If you like Krystal this one is slightly above average for cleanliness. Got 2 of the snack packs (1 hamburger and small... fries). Granddaughter doesn't like the seasoned fries they have now, but I really do like them. Much better. But she prefersMcD's fries. Will give you a free cup of ice water if you ask. Read more

We wanted to sit down. The lobby was open but when we went inside she told us we couldn't eat in there. The smell was atrocious.... It wasn't clean. They had family members in there just sitting around. Went through the drive through.....got the wrong food. Itwas just a horrible experience. Bought a sack of 12 burgers. Service was fast and the little sliders are on steamed buns served with pickle onion and mustard in... their own little box. The restaurant could have been cleaner. The Coca Cola and Barq's were out in the self service fountaindispenser. I would go back. Read more

The staff was in an argument when we pulled up and they had the drive thru speaker on, the... outside parking lot and around the building were unclean, most of the menu was duct taped, and the food was not good.
