Ordered egg and cheese, and got only egg in a bun, hashbrown was old and chewy, coffee was alright!
I got a wrong order and I caught the error in time. So I asked that my order be corrected and the employee named Kendra was so... unprofessional and rude and gave the eye rolling before fixing my order. I ordered a large steeped tea and a muffin. When I received my order the tea was a medium. I let her know it was supposed to be... a large and her reply was that I said medium. Every single time I use this location they have gotten my order wrong. I canunderstand the occasional, after all we are human but every time? And to tell a customer that they ordered wrong instead of justmaking me a new tea???? I have lived in Brandon for a few years, and used this location enough times now to be fed up enough toeven write this review. Reliably terrible service. Read more

This place is dressed nicely for the holiday season they have great gifts I bought some cups for my family and the do have the... best coffee! They also have the best service! I am addicted the their French vanilla they also always have great deals going on.In the morning they have a simply sausage for only a dollar and after 1pm right now they have 10 Timbits for $1 when you buy adrink; but when don?t you buy a drink here!
