It was he'll I had a party of 7 people the waitress we had was great but others were not able to carry out orders, they were all... over the place didn't know what they were doing or which tables to attend for instance gravy tasted burnt and the sauce for thechicken was spicy and at the pie was frozen solid, who ever the manager is and supervisor were I'm here to tell you 2 you have amess running a business cause I am a chef myself and never had any problems like you have on your premises, never seen anythinglike it,I will never go back to your establishment ever again. Horrible service. Took almost an hour to get the SPECIAL of the weekend. Then another half hour for anyone to come back to our... table to give us the bill. Will not be returning again. Read more

I have no idea where these other reviewers ate but it can't be the Brandon location (unless the reviews are for the other... attached restaurant). I am a huge fan of Swiss Chalet food. It is delicious and portions are great. I never feel like I paid toomuch for what I got. However, this location has never been managed or staffed properly. It's actually a joke now to go therebecause the service is so awful. We've waited 20 minutes in the lobby before without being greeted. We've waited an hour for ourfood (2x), once where the waitress came out at the 45min mark and asked what we ordered again because it was lost. They've runout of chicken several times. Today we went in and were told that it'd be 25minutes before a table could be cleaned for us,there were 3 tables seated at the time. The moral of the story is the food and value is great, and it keeps us coming back,despite the crazy incompetence. Read more

I had dinner here today but the food was terrible. I couldn't even finish the food. Service was nice and I was shy to complain.
