This was the worst service I ever had. The guy was so rude. Honestly why be open if you don?t serve meatballs or soup until noon... no other subway has that rule. This restaurant has the worst staff ever I encountered in a Subway restaurant . Staff here like to argue with their customer... even for simple things - as simple as requesting a replacement cup. They have 0 customer service training and don't love whatthey do (at least the two "Sandwich Artist" that were working that day) . One staff being rude is more on just the staff maybehaving a bad day but 2 rude staff working a restaurant is something else. Please avoid this restaurant at all cost unless youwant your day to be ruined by their rude staff! Read more
Zero stars is needed. The man who served me this afternoon was very forgetful, rude, and dangerous (hints him cutting his... finger) proceeding to try cutting a sub for another customer. eventually realizing he needs to look after the blood coming outof his finger, while he?s around customers food. Not the only disappointment of this visit may I add but this made the cherry ofthe cake. Read more
If I could do zero stars, I would. The last few times I ordered, they either forgot to toast, forgot to add cheese, forgot to... add seasoning, didn't have the bread I wanted, and were extremely skimpy on the toppings. As a result of my complaints, I wasbanned from this establishment. Read more
Got our order perfectly. Clean bathrooms. Ample parking. Friendly staff. You can eat outside.
This is one of the calmer restaurants of the Subway franchise. Staff was friendly, service was quick and food tasted great.... Everything looked sharp and clean and one could eat inside and outside. Read more
I was heading to grab Subway after a very long day and really didn't have a lot of time. Upon arriving, there was a gentleman... working I believe his name was Ray. Ray was dealing with a few difficult customers but he remained calm even though I had a bitof wait. I struck up a conversation with him when it was my turn and he seemed very apologetic for the environment and evenoffered me a discount for the occurrence that had happened. My sub was wrong from the get go wrong meat forgot the rice and the the staff gave me attitude about. Charged me full price and... didn?t even offer to fix it . Read more
