I asked for a protein bar after we got coffee. It got rang through the register and almost thrown at me. I was impressed that... they put whip cream on my coffee, at no charge eventhough they said they normally charge for that. A constant reminder that being a barista is not a job everyone can do. This is not the first time nor is it even just the 10th... time we've had something cut from the drink and not mentioned until I have already paid and received the drink. Not to forgetthat I had to ask what was excluded this time instead of being told then given the option to purchase still. This is the poorestperforming Starbucks I have ever been to.
