I've ordered from here multiple times and today was my last... They would always be out of food, and today specifically, I... walked in and stood for a good few minutes before I was acknowledged, and not even a hello, just a "can I get you something".They work EXTREMELY slow for no one to be in the lobby, not sure if they were short staffed, but still this store has alwaystaken forever. How many complaints does it take for a store to get better at the same issues happening for months, as I've seenin the other reviews. As a manager my self, this is absolutely not acceptable. I mean NOT ONE employee acknowledged me at all.The person who took my order also didn't seem so excited to help me, although he had been standing there switching the drawerout minutes before saying anything. A simple, "Hello, I'll be with you in a moment" would have sufficed. Also didn't even getasked what chips I wanted with my meal and was given a random one. Used to love this place- horrible quality control and horrible staff continue to mar its reputation. Not cheap either. I get the... same smoothie every single time and its only made well 50% of the time if I?m being generous. I asked about military discountafter my order came out to 28 dollars for two people. Girl taking my order laughed and said ?i dont even know bro?. I learnedhow to make their best smoothie and chicken wrap myself just to do less business with these people. My first time coming to this place. And they turned me back because ?under staff?. I came here looking for something to bring up... my sugar levels because I felt dizzy. So I gave them a chance for redemption and the place looks like it has new management and it's much better than before. Clean,... fast, friendly and looking like TSC should look! As you can see in the picture, I took one bite and somehow found this hair intertwined with my food. I tried to give this... location the benefit of the doubt due to when I went and picked the food up and the kitchen being dirty and messy. I?ve onlybeen to one other tropical smoothie in temple terrace and in comparison this is a shame. This is disgusting. Read more
Staff kitchen playing with the trash can and then making food without changing gloves, cashier making a rough version of... smoothies after taking the payment and does not clean blender after every use so the previous smoothie was mixed with the one Iorder. I gave my order to the guy outside because I didn't want to waste it. But I would hope the staff there gets bettertraining because they we friendly. Read more
I?ve ordered from them about 10 times and been satisfied about twice. Missing items from combos, poor quality control, missing... smoothie ingredients. Never order through a delivery service. They won?t tell you what?s missing until it arrives. They couldn?tbe worse if they actively tried. The photo included is their portion. Sandwich missing lettuce, tomato, and ranch. Chips notincluded. Their straws are annoyingly small. Seriously - just order the right sized straws. Pay the extra cent per straw.They?re really bad. I?ve done deliveries from this location many times and every time I walk in there is a stench. Most likely, it seems as if the... trash cans are not cleaned and sanitized. If a establishment has opened trash cans they should either be replaced with closedones, or washed consistently especially because your dealing with food that will decompose. It?s very hard to want to sit andenjoy a smoothie or food sitting with that smell. Staff has always been friendly, it?s just a shame that a place that promoteshealth would be in this condition.
