I have been a repeat customer for a few months but after the terrible experience I will not return. I was sold food that was not... edible, I called to speak to a manager was told that one wasn't available then I called back and was told by the cashier thatthe manager AJ said that there was nothing that he could do nothing but offer a 30% discount lol after I paid $41 plus and Ijust wanted my food remade. Then to insult me further he refused to to come to the phone and talk to me. I called today and thecashier told me that the manager named Shane was to busy to come and speak to me and would call me back but I still have notheard from Anyone. My wife had to be stuck at the plaza waiting for me .She came inside this pizzeria where it says 2 slices and a drink for... $4.99 My wife went inside to order and was told by Kim with a very unwelcoming demeanor, that the deal finishes at 5 pm. My wifesaid the sign outside doesn't say it finishes at 5 and since it was only 30 minutes later can she still honor the deal? Nowheredoes it give a specific time. Kim with a cold attitude responds N.O. My wife asked for a manager, she responded that he justleft. My wife did say she will leave a review about her unfriendly and impolite attitude which did not faze her. She said have agood day. It is very misleading to put out a deal without time limit and tell costumers that there is a time limit afterentering. Read more
Being from New York it?s always a struggle to find acceptable pizza. Tonight my family ordered from Times Square Pizza and i was... so pleasantly surprised! We were looking for a good pizza place while visiting on vacation and ended up trying the wings too. The pizza crust is FABULOUS... and i would give anything to have that terriyaki sauce recipe here in VA. ???? So good! And love the fact they?re not a ?chain?.Everyone was super nice. Pizzas are good, 4-5 stars. All orders for fries are super overpriced for the amount you get. $7 Buffalo cheese fries with $2... added chicken. Got maybe 4 slivers are thinly sliced chicken and about 20 fries total. Come on. Read more
If your looking for a pizza with a thin crust with sauce just about to the edge and loaded with toppings and incredible cheese ,... this is the place to get it! I went there a couple times a couple of years ago and it was great! We stopped in yesterday becausewe were in the area. We were blown away with this pizza! Apparently we didn't get enough because we drove out of our way todayto get another. Once again it's was awesome. So I would say they are consistent. Prices are right!
