Disappointed that Honey-baked Ham did not offer Ham/Turkey slices this year for Thanksgiving or an alternative for 2-3 people. I... was told it was because they were so busy. Very disappointed. I ordered a 10 lb ham over a month ago. When I went to pick up, I only received a 6 lb ham and was told... they were sold out of what I RESERVED!!! Me and my family have been customer's for about 30 years. Now it looks like HBH doesn't care about serving their customers.... Tried ordering online need to pick order on Tuesday. The pick-up schedule would not allow me to pick up until 5:30pm onWednesday before Thanksgiving. I'm leaving town for the holiday on Tuesday. I tried to order on the Thursday beforeThanksgiving, 1 week ahead. Tried to call in the order that I come to understand is absolutely not an option anymore. Had their luncheon meal combo with chicken salad sandwich and potato salad as a side. Good portions, chicken salad had no... seasonings or taste to it but the potato salad was tasty. Will have to try their ham next time. Read more

Never had Honey Baked. Had a gift card Ifrom Christmas I finally had a chance to use. The help were phenomenal!! Got a full... turkey dinner with two large sides, a bag of rolls and a whole cheesecake. Less than $61 (the card was worth $60 lol). Husbandsaid it was the best broccoli and Mac & cheese he's ever had. I agree with the Mac & cheese, but I make better broccoli!! Read more

The line right before Christmas was really long but they had plenty of workers. After ten minutes I made it to the front.... Signing up for the emails only got me a free sandwich. I was hoping for $5 off or something. The whole ham I got was $84. Atfirst I thought it was pretty small but when I unwrapped it I was surprised. I put it out on a platter 30 minutes prior so itcould get to room temperature. This is definitely in the top ten best tasting hams I have ever had. Very tasty all throughout. Read more
