This was our 3rd visit to Sabor A Mexico since we recently moved to the area. Food taste, portions and quality have been... consistently very good. They have some of the best lunch specials around. My plate(s) in this picture was only $8.99, anincredible value, and portions so large it was hard to finish. Great dine-in atmosphere, decorated appropriately and music wasappropriate as well. I wanted to like this place more as it had some good reviews, but my first time was a fail. The service was terrible! We were... not greeted warmly. When we were finally seated we waited 15 minutes for a waitress and when she finally came she was not at allengaged, and didn't say thank you for waiting. Maybe she was having a bad day but Rosy came off very rude and barely gave eyecontact. Food was just ok, my corn tortillas came out broken and dry, they probably came from Aldi. My family and I usually eat here during lunch hours and love it. However, tonight was a different. We did come during peak... hours, but was seated immediately. Everything seemed fine until we noticed no one has come talk to us. There were servers takingcare of tables all around us. We even made eye contact with some and no one even asked have we been helped. Now! Being the onlyminority table in the restaurant we decided to see how long it would take for another table to be greeted. & can you believeit?! A Caucasian family came in, was seated behind us, and greeted all within a minute. It was unbelievable! We have eaten hereplenty of times, but the children you have working at night; it's unacceptable. Truly disappointing for a place to have suchgood food but terrible service. Read more
