This was my favorite go to for take-out breakfast. Over the last few months it?s gone downhill. I contacted the store and never... received a response. Frown turned Upside down!! Front counter person had limited customer service and lacked pep in his step. Dee?s (Assistant... Manager) attentiveness quickly noticed dissatisfaction on our faces. She introduced herself, immediately provided solutions,service and most importantly a honest and general concern for me, my girlfriend and daughters overall experience. I witnessedher checking on everyone, front patio, inside dining area and front counter. She is phenomenal at service and we hope Owners(Maple Street Biscuit Company) and all patrons appreciate her going above and beyond to ensure our experience was best. Foodwas great! Update: Monday 26 September 2022. I was glad to get a response from the owner on this review in a timely manner. I called and... arranged a refund and was offered a gift card for my trouble. I appreciate them making up for it. If Google would add the 0stars feature already things would be way more honest, they don't even deserve a 1. Sunday 25 September 2022, I ordered a simpleorder (the entire menu couldn't get more simple). It took them over 20 minutes to give me barely warm food. Then they thoughtthey were cute giving me a waffle battered in chicken seasoning instead of actual chicken. I won't be coming back here, thisplace is pretentious at best, they charge more than they should for what you get. It looking busy in there *on a weekend* isonly because they take so long to even get an order out. All they do is fry chicken and make biscuits it isn't so difficult. Thebest part though was seeing no gloves worn by staff and an employee on their phone in the food prep area. You can see 15 peoplerunning around unorganized from the counter where you order.
