This place is not even worth coming into. There is no sign at the front saying that they're open. When we came in, it was open.... Had no markings of any kind about hours. Cell phone service was not working. The vibe of the restaurant was the equivalent as ayakuza hideout. All the colors were dull, the place smelled bad, overall depressing. So that?s the end of Joto for us. We have been coming here for 5+ years and there was something off on the rice and we asked to... speak to manager to talk about it as we love the food here and this waitress gave us attitude and was extremely rude to us. Coolhad only been here for three days and went and spoke to owner who explained in their delivery the rice was changed. I have neverbeen disrespected in such a manor.
