This was my first visit to any Jersey Mike?s subs. I?m not sure if it will be my last. While the fresh cut meats and cheeses... were very nice, the vegetables were all past their peak freshness (the lettuce was actually brown) and the staff definitely leftsomething to be desired.. being new to the ordering system, when the gentleman at the end asked if I got a regular roast beef, Isaid yes when I had in fact gotten a mini. His female coworker corrected the mistake, but then his male coworker said under hisbreath you should?ve just made her pay for it.. I appreciated her honesty, but would definitely caution any future customers tomake sure they know exactly what they ordered and to double check the receipt. I?m leaving with a sour taste in my mouth but I?mhopeful that other locations might offer better customer service. Read more

Worst Jersey Mikes ever. I like to go to JM's because I like the Philly they make but this one doesn't know how to make them.... Meat was as dry as sand and bread seemed a little stale. Had to tell the guy our order 4 times. and then when we got it it wasstill wrong. Wife ordered a chicken Philly and got steak. thought about going back and complaining but really didn't want todeal with the guy behind the counter. Read more
