Went in and stood in line for 15 min without being acknowledged before I left without buying food. Staff is to busy filling... mobile orders to worry about walkin customers. Good sandwich, better service and cleaner. This place was hopping but they keep the line moving and keep the place clean
Horrible. In Brandon FL on Causeway Blvd. This is the worst of all Jersey Mikes. I placed an order. A #5 in a tub (bowl) add... Mayo. Add banana peppers. Add pickles. Extra juice on the side. Extra lettuce. Add extra meat for an additional 1.75.Definitely not extra meat was included. The girl who made it says it was. It wasn?t. So the order didn?t have extra lettuce.Didn?t have the extra juice. Barely Mayo. 4 pieces of pickle. 4 pieces of banana peppers. And when I mentioned there was noextra lettuce or juice they actually had to look up the order. And it was a bother for them to get it. So don?t bother with thisJersey Mike?s Oh and since this was a to go order?should have had the plastic ware. It didn?t of course. Don?t expect to hearfrom them. Had lunch here on 3.30.22 because I heard a commercial that they were giving all sales from that day to the special Olympics .... not profits, all sales! This was the first time we've eaten at a Jersey Mike's. The food was very fresh. The staff was so kindand fun! "Crazy Cindy" , as she called herself, helped us with different choices. I had tuna. Jersey Mike's has a large array of subs to choose from. Along with the sub choices is the choice of what kind of bread and what... size you want. Also theres chips. And what could go wrong with some Lays? If you like Subway, then think of it as Subway 2.0!Its like someone took Subway, gave you more options, better meat and cheese quality, and friendly staff members!! I take back my prior review I just went there to grab a sandwich for dinner and it's not even 9 o'clock yet it was 10 till 9 and... they had the doors locked and when I got their attention they just shrugged their shoulders .
