At entry, I was confused. We stood there for such a long time, I had to reconfirm with my partner if it was self seating. There... were four employees standing at the register, one finally asked if we needed two kids menus and then seated us. I ordered anangry orchard, the waitress informed me that their keg wasn?t working, maybe it was empty she said? She let me know they weregoing to see if they had another keg, and never again mentioned it until my other drink sat empty for 10 minutes and I had toask for a refill, and then at that time inquired about the mystery angry orchard. Apparently, no, that keg was dead. She askedmy mom if she wanted the lime for the corona, and said she was so glad she didn?t want it because that would mean she would havehad to go to the kitchen to cut it. She said the quiet part out loud! We wanted somewhere light and fun after a rough week, webrought my mom along, and it was pretty disappointing pulling a long blonde hair out of her fish and chips. Our nachos werelightly sprinkled with cheese, but overloaded with a can of black beans. The wings were supposed to be ?wet? but man were theydry. Shockingly dry. After handing the empty plates to the waitress that kept ignoring them as they piled the table, we askedfor to go boxes and the check. The waitress brought the to go boxes, ignored the check, we asked again for the check. Shebrought the check and my partner informed her he had the payment and not to go, and she said ?ya? and walked away immediately tothe next table. We eat out quite a bit, I enjoy reviewing the establishments we try. I almost felt bad about this one, but itwas an awful experience. Due to the hair in fish and chips, the manager said he would discount the fish and chips, no big dealthat he didn?t, but he gave us a few drink cards and discount cards. Kennedy was the light of the entire experience- definitely ask for her if you dine in!!! The honey mustard wings were superb as... always, but their soup had to be sent back, not to any fault of Kennedy or management. Overall great place and will be back! Read more
Winghouse was super packed and I?ve been to the dukes in plant city so I figured why not give Brandon a shot the wait wasn?t... long to be seated which was great and our orders were taken pretty quick. However we ended up waiting for like 45-50 minutes toget our food and the place wasn?t even packed and when we got our food the wings weren?t the right flavors and it was not warmit?s like they wait for the whole tables food to be done and they bring it out all together for some reason. It was alright, however it's not as good as it used to be. I think they've kind of gone down hill in the past two years and I'm... not sure why, different management maybe? The food used to be really good but it was just okay this time. The service did thevery minimal possible, as in never really asked me if everything was okay with my food or ask me would I like a refill until Iwas nearly done eating. I had a little drink left in my cup but the ice had already melted. Like I said it was just okay butthere are other better options within close proximity. Read more

My husband and I went First time to this location for the first time and we sat at the bar. Good atmosphere, everyone was super... nice. We had bartender (Lauren) and overheard another costumer say it was her first night bartending she was super sweet,attentive, and did really well, kept our drinks full.
