Disrespectful employees. 10:20pm and I was sitting in the drive thru (I had ordered through the app) nobody said anything. Just... turned off the drive thru lights. On the BK app and on google it said that they close at 11pm. Not the first time either. WorstBurger King, do not go here. Better to go to McDonald?s across the street or Taco Bell right next door. I dont like to send bad reviews. But 2 times going to the drive thur in the last 2 weeks, they have messed up my order. First... missing Chicken sandwiches, 2 time i order onion rings and 8 piece jalapeno poppers were missing and i was on my way home from along day at work. May be my fault for trusting the order was correct. To tired to go back both times. That was my reason to stopand get food.But they wont get me a 3rd time. Read more

I went to this restaurant after church because I promised my son that I would take him out after church. The first impressions... we're bad. When I ordered, I didn't even get to choose what type of soda I got. Here's how the conversation went: "May I takeyour order?" "Yes, I want a #4." "Small fries and small coke?" Me, who didn't hear it: "What?" "Ok and will that be all?" Notonly that, but after I got up to the window, the cashier threw the straw at me after I got my drink, then also threw the receiptat me. The lady that brought us our food was nice though, and the food was good. Horrible service. Please take the extra time togo to another Burger King before going to this one. Read more
Quite possibly the most poorly run restaurant in the city. I went last weekend lunchtime for a burger. After waiting two or... three minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order I asked if there was anyone there. I was then told by the person overthe loudspeaker not to be so mean. I told her I wasn?t trying to be mean just trying to get someone?s attention. Fearing whatthey may do to my food I played nice, paid for my food and left. Went there for breakfast this morning at 7:20 AM for breakfast,The menu screen was brightly lit there were employees in the building and no one answered to take my order. Went to the door andpulled on it, it was locked and the employees inside pretended they didn?t see me. The place is a joke and I will not be back.Whoever owns the store, be it franchise or corporate, needs to take a good hard look at its operations. Read more
This is the worst Burger King in the area. Please just take the time to drive a couple minutes to the next one. I sat at the... order speaker for 6 minutes saying hello and got nothing. And I?m the ONLY car in line by the way. I pull up to the window toorder and it take a few more minutes for someone to come and when the older guy comes to the window i saw like 4-5 youngerworkers playing around and yelling and not paying attention or caring who?s at the box to order . The elder manager remindedthem and kept reminding them and they were letting the people behind me sit there for minutes while playing around.took me 15minutes in a fast food line with no cars to get my food and when I got it, the fries were nasty and unsalted and my burgerwasn?t hot . The food is pretty good here. It's rare that I have to return anything. I especially like their onion rings and Zesty sauce.... Additionally, they have a lot of good specials such as $0.89 pancakes and $1.00 10 piece chicken nuggets. The decor is alsonice. The quality of service largely depends on who is working. They do get a little slow at the counter when a lot of peopleare coming through the drive through. Read more
Omg this is the worst buger king i have ever experienced. I have gave it multiple chances to prove me wrong but unfortunately... they continue to prove me right of how bad they really are. Service is horrible and the food is worse. Most of the tine the kidsare hanging out back smoking and on thier phones. I will never go back to this particular location!
