At the Bloomingdale site, the last 3-4 visits has been undesirable. The hostess was unenthusiastic to seat us?facial and body... language was unbelievable. my parents and I were excited to finally have a family dinner together at are usual place and plaza we always try to meet up at.... Sadly this is the 3rd time this situation has happened to my family and it was my first time witnessing as I have not had thetime off for a family dinner night. If you are to visit this place be careful of not being served or greeted for a good amountof time . Sadly me and my family waited and waited to be greeted an to have are order to be taken for drinks but sadly after13mins and getting looked at by many servers and not being helped we decide to leave. Both restrooms had to be closed while we were there. The mens room was absolutely disgusting. The floor was sticky while the... one stahl had throw up all over it. If the health department would have shown up there is no doubt in my mind they would haveshut it down. My son's burger did not come out until we were almost finished with our dinner. The employees standing around asthough they were lost in space. I will not be back. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant is why I am only giving them 1star. Read more
Let me start with our server Andrea was AMAZING!!!! Very understanding and professional. My review is based on the food and the... manager, this does not reflect her The food was all wrong, they brought out 4 wings from another order and said oh well bringthe other 6 out in a minute they accidentally made them bbq (I ordered mild) the burgers were cooked wrong too. When the managercame out I asked if they could go ahead and replace the first 4 they brought out because they had bbq sauce on them and herolled his eyes at me. He put the new burgers down and asked what was wrong with those and just had the worst attitude. Guy wasa complete jerk. Read more

The family and I probably go to this location at least twice a week and more depending on what local live sport is on their... satellite on any given week. The restaurant is typically clean as it has always been. The service is typically excellentespecially if Melissa is our server or bartender. We like Lexi as well! Big fan of this place! Read more
I had a busy day and didn't have time to cook so we went to Beef 'O' Brady's. Food came out fast, tasted excellent and the... service was friendly. I got steak tacos with chips & salsa and my son got Mac-n-cheese with curly fries and came with a ricekrispy treat. We both had lemonade to drink. With 25% tip we got out the door for under $20.00! I was in a couple weeks ago and just had a phenomenal experience. The service provided by Liz at the bar was top notch,... professional and personal. I had a cuban sandwich which was good but the service beat out over the food. I will return :) Read more
