Disappointed with new management over there. I?ve been going to this location for 20 years as I grew up in the area. The... poutine was of poor quality and I was shorted on cheese. In addition I was charged $2 per person for honey garlic sauce?theowners used to add this for free in the past. This place has changed. Read more

DO NOT ORDER! We ordered the family meal special with an extra lb of wings. Firstly, we confirmed the sauce as ?Caribbean? and... they called us back saying they didn?t offer it anymore. No big deal. We picked up our order and the wings were burnt, very dryand not very edible. The pizza was barely sauced and the ribs had almost NO meat on the bones. We called the store back and theysaid we would have to drive back our leftovers for inspection prior to receiving a remake. We said that we would like a refundor to pay for delivery of a new order and that was not an option. 1/10 terrible quality food and -10/10 for customer service.Spend your money somewhere else. Heard good things about Wing Machine and they did not disappoint. The chicken tasted so clean and was seasoned really well. I... love that they bake their wings instead of frying them too. The hot sauce was a great addition - definitely a hot sauce full offlavour and not just "heat." Not to mention, so many wings!!! We ordered within the last hour of the night (last minute decisionfor us) and the owner said they'd throw in extra wings if we pay in cash, so we ended up getting 2+ lbs of wings.
