Wendy's burgers at Mclaughlin and Steeles is a bad, bad eating experience. We ordered 18 burgers take out, we got cold, smashed... and soggy burgers, very poor quality like they were prepared the day before. These rude and lazy staff need re-training toprepare Wendy's burgers or are simply not interested. Zero stars. Read more
Really believe these people come to work just for the paycheck, every time I visit my order is incorrect and fries are cold.... Pretty annoying having to drive home and back to get the correct order, yall should really get your team together. Read more

Place was empty and they didn't make any of my food fresh. As soon as I ordered 3 baconator combos, my food was immediately put... together. All the fries must have been sitting for awhile. This was at 4:30pm empty dining room and they couldn't cook freshfries or burgers. The pop machine only had diet options which I was not informed. Avoid this location yuck. Read more
The service here was so SLOW it took longer to place my order than for me and the rest of my family to eat it. They were more... Focussed on preparing other orders and hand them out to the drivers as they were skip orders been taking another order theywould only take them less than two minutes. And they were not busy at ALL as there where NO one else in the store waiting fororders besides the 2 drivers. BAD customer service. This ordering took 15 minutes. They definitely take shortcuts here on food quality to save $$$. I ordered an apple pecan salad?not a single pecan found.... Instead I received an abundance of greens, heavy blue cheese and poorly cut chicken (chicken wasn?t fresh).
