WENDYS CORPORATE PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS LOCATION. I have ordered skip the dishes from this location several times and I order... large fries every time. They put a small amount of fries in a large fry container this has happened several times not just onceor twice it is not a coincidence they are cheating people who are not there in person on fries. I have also been missing items asuspiciously large number of times as well it can't be a coincidence that out of 10 orders with large fries all 10 fries werefilled up at halfway or just under as well five of the times I was missing a small part to my order like a single five piecenuggets or the value hamburger. I genuinely doubt that these are honest mistakes I have gone there in person and my large friesare packed every time but on skip the dishes 10 out of 10 times it was filled at halfway or less. Has become very hit or miss. Imagine ordering two of the same sandwiches, one is great and fresh, the other is crushed and... clearly almost stale. Too bad. Breakfast sandwiches are decent. Baconator disappointing. Read more
I wouldn't even give this location half a star if I could. This is the second baked potato I ordered this week from this... location and it looked like it came straight out of the garbage bin. I didn't complain last time because I'm pregnant and can'tkeep much down but this is getting frustrating as I feel like I'm spending money on trash. Read more
Such poor customer service. Ordered food from drive through at 10pm. No greetings, no thank you after payment or direction to... drive up to get the order. When moved up they provide you the bad and turn away. Food was made messy. Please see the pictures Read more
Recently I've noticed they assemble burgers very hastily even when not in a rush. For example I had 2 JBCs, and they were so... rushed for no reason that the meat patty was folded because it had fallen halfway off and then been wrapped in the foilwrapper. They also overcook bacon. I get we want it cooked, but bacon can be tough without being crunchy. This location is conveniently located, has plenty of windows around to catch the sun rays, winter or summer. The staff have been... ok, the Dave's singles have been great. A shiny bun within lies the square patty surrounded by a delicious sauce and wonderfulpickles. Especially recommend when on sale for $3. The jacket potatoe is fine and is given with a choice of a sauce. The icecream has been acceptable though they should work on getting a more suitable container. On my last two visits at this location, I could not get a coffee with my breakfast. I prefer Wendy?s breakfast, but the coffee... machine has been out of service for the last week. I don?t understand how this happens, machine breaks, fix it. Wendy?s spends alot of money to advertise their new breakfast, and you can?t get a coffee. Why? Read more
