Pathetic attitude.. Worst experience. They prepared 2 large chicken tikka masala which was undercooked . I gave them a call... instantly , they confirmed that since the cook has left for the day now , I can come and collect the replacement the next day.Next day, they completely changed that since i did not ask the name whom i talked to , they can't give the replacement. So we had them cater our party last weekend. Originally they were very professional to wok with and very organized. But once... they received the down payment, there behavior changed. I requested a vegie thali for one our guests (agreed to pay theoverpriced $15 for it) but they could not accommodate that. As our guest is vegan and gluten free, I asked for extra riceinstead of a bread and extra vegetables instead of yoghurt. There answer was no. I don't understand how this is so complicated,when you are already delivering food for 50 people, how is 1 thali difficult. Upon confirming the event, I confirmed they wouldbring everything for serving with them and yes that was established. Upon arrival without asking they started going through allthe kitchen cupboards taking out serving dishes. You can't do that. Like I said unprofessional. Ordered tandoori chicken for pickup and the meat was not cooked properly or cleaned !! It was my first and last time ordering... food from them. Also the prizes are quite higher than other butcher shops. Read more
