We go there everyday because it?s close to our house and everyday they are giving us wrong order and we have to go back again.... The worst part is they don?t even accept their mistake. The rest of staff is still ok but the manager she is the one who istaking wrong order all the time. We also work in customer service but the manager is not experienced at all. Long lines and rude people (other customers). Staff very friendly and quick as can be
I just went there with my son and ordered timbits for son. A girl(staff), she like throw the box of timbits on the counter in... front of my son. When I asked why you do like this with my kid then she start showing attitude and was very rude with me. I wentthere many times but never happened like this before. It was very disappointing. We 3 went for tea today evening at 08:15 pm and tea is not hot as expected, we just asked why it is not hot, the guy(staff)... replying very rude and I'm very upset. Usually I have a tea in other tim hortons they are very kind. For such issues the othertim hortons will be kind enough and apologies but found strange behavior this evening and our concerns were not listened as hemoved to other work though we are speaking to him. Firstly, I paid for two shots of chocolate syrups in Mocha latte but they dropped just one. Then I paid for one more and instead... of giving that in another cup they took my same used cup to fill it up denying the Covid guidance. Secondly, I ordered a pickupin ?Now? and when I arrived after 15 minutes. They still took 5 minutes to fulfill my order. Despite the fact they barely hadany rush. Read more
