Super fast service. Friendly. Don't take app/give points. Not sure why, seems simple enough to set up.
I bought a coffee and a donut, I then realized when I sat down that I forgot my fork for my oatmeal I brought from home. I... kindly asked the staff since I was just there and bought coffee and food if I could have a fork as I forgot mine from home. They then informed me that they could not because a donut doesn?t require a fork and made me debit 25 cents for a plastic fork. This is horrible customer service and a absolute joke Read more

Clean location
the only tim hortons that close 3pm & closed weekend. (IN A BUSY HOSPITAL) most tim's close 12am and drive thru is open. Also,... their coffee is always a little cold. coffee must b fresh & hot! Read more

They r awesome at this location. Very friendly and always a pleasure. No other Tim Hortons have the Hazelnut shot anymore but... they do ????. And btw they r located inside the hospital in the 1st set of doors when u 1st drive into the hospital where therotating door is and the elderly ppl go. Read more
