Parminder in Evening shift is so nice !her way of speaking and cooperative customer service. Today i went Tim Horton?s at 11:05... pm. At first she says its closed, then she agreed to give me chai tea????. Because it was very important for me to do overnightshift at walmart. Thank you so much :) Read more
Worst experience here. I went to this location and I paid for medium ice coffee and asked the lady working there for less ice.... My medium cup was nearly half-filled and when I asked her about this. She replied very rudely that the space left empty is forice. Very bad experience and rude staff working there. Tim hortons really need to work on their staff and customer service. Read more
I went to Tim Hortons at bramlea location today and i ordered couple of items and i also ordered double chocolate donut it... suppose to come with baking sheet but she put it straight in paper bag without sheet and all chocolate wiped out just ruined myday. Read more

Bad service , they don?t know how to make coffee in which they specialize. Never mix suger, no experience, never dip the tea... bag sugar is always in the end . i regret why i stopped here for coffee. Read more
