Went on January 2nd, 2022. Waited 5 minutes at the counter despite there being three employees and only one assisting a... customer. Then I received the wrong order and even so, it was awful. The milk/cream used in my coffees were clearly spoiled andthe coffee was burned. The egg in my sandwich was over cooked and the bacon was somehow undercooked. We ended up stopping atthe next Tim Hortons down the road to throw out our order from this location and get our breakfast fixed. Terrible experienceoverall and I hope the issues get addressed. Customer service is horrible. Workers here are extremely slow. They will chit chat work really slow. Sometimes you will see 4... workers here but only one will work while the other 3 chit chat. If you are there just to get a coffee. Min 10 minute wait timeis required Read more
She Spilled coffee on the counter top, missed to make the sandwich I ordered and 2 others who came after got their’s first.... Had to tell it I’m still waiting for mine and then all 3 realized they errored. They had no welcoming attitude , no greeting.“ what you want?” , later no sorry fir missing my order... “ here “ when i got my sandwich. Pathetic quality.
