Usually I don?t go there for a coffee and prefer to drive other locations. Being in a customer care or service they don?t know... how to treat and greet the customers. I took a coffee and bagel from this location and the staff was so annoying. Themanagement of this location has to focus on the staff and trained them how to greet, treat and satisfy a customer. They are serving sour milk! My iced coffee clearly has spoiled milk in it and they still serve it? I asked for a new iced coffee... without milk and they acted like I was the jerk. Totally rude, totally neglectful of sanitation. Who trained these people? Iwould also like to add that this is not the first time their milk was spoiled. I doubt they clean their machines. Read more

I ordered a jalapeño bagel and this is what I got. One of the worst locations of Tim Hortons for sure. Never ordering again.

We ordered cheese grill melt. By mistake I ate it because I didn?t notice that there was a bread clip under the cheese of the... sandwich. Thankfully when I chewed it I came to know there was something inside my sandwich and that was this clip please takecare this kind of silly mistakes should not happen in the food store. Read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! The staff in the drive thru are so RUDE and lie about how fast they are. The... truth is, they hold out a hand to tell you to wait away from the window so that they can get your order ready and then make itseem to head office like they?re lightening fast (they have timers for how long it takes them to give an order). They also askyou to do another round if your order isn?t ready, even if it?s just a coffee! When you do go to the window, they rush you totake your things and leave. Every time I pay cash they rush me and DONT give me my change unless I wait there and tell them Ineed my change. When you do address it they argue with you (because obviously, you?re wasting their time!) I?ve addressed itwith them Several times to management as well but they encourage this behaviour. They don?t care for good customer service atALL. When you walk in to avoid the rude employees at drive through, it takes them 10 minutes to take your order. Cleanliness?Don?t even get me started! We are from out of town. We wanted to order the impossible wrap for breakfast that flashed on the screen since our hometown... doesn?t have vegetarian options. But their menu was flashing so quickly it was not giving us enough time to read it. Plus we hada toddler with us in the car. So we were trying to decide what to do and wait for the menu to flash back to the impossible wrapscreen so that we can properly order. Then when we realize we got the wrong sandwich we asked to removed it and asked for theimpossible wraps, one without cheese (since one of us is lactose intolerant). The lady in the drive-through intercom wasincredibly impatient, not giving us time to seen the menu selection as it kept flashing so quickly. When we asked to remove thesandwich, she snapped ?Sir, why you took so long to order and then you changing your mind we already made the sandwich?. It waslike 20-30 second. Once we got to the window we told her the menu goes by really fast and there was no need to be rude. You arenever rude to the customer. We were not being rude disrespectful or demanding to her. They could?ve easily said ?sir if you?rehaving a bit of trouble why don?t you come inside and we will serve you better once you?re in?. I?m a customer not your homeyyou can just talk to people anyway. I?m hoping thanks to COVID they didn?t spit in our food. Never going back to this location.Also so glad we moved out of Toronto. You are in Canada, and have not gone to Tim Hortons, that is rare. I have recently been this specific Tim Hortons. It was a busy... place. I ordered a small double double as I was waiting for my brother. The stuffs were super busy because there were a big linefor drie through. Luckily I got a nice place for myself, enjoyed my coffee and waited there for like 45 minutes. I wish they hada working wifi. I was running out of MBs during that time. Anyways, it needs not to say that if you want for the best, go toTim Hortons!! Read more

This location is opened 24 hours and located at nice place. Generally a place for college students so you will always find this... place busy. Food is fine and you get most of the stuff. Generally it is okay place to visit I you are okay to surrounded bystudents. Read more
