Poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Made my order wrong and said it was my fault. Refused to make it right unless... I paid extra. Never again . There are too many Tim's around to put up with the rude people that work there!!!!! Read more
One of the tim employee is so rude i just asked her to stir my steep tea well and she replied that you asking for a stirred... coffee makes her upset and she replied that i am not your personnel cook. Store front is extremely slow and they seemed to ignore the front cash. After all that food is also extremely slow to the point... that they forget where the orders go and mix up drive thru with front cash. If you have a choice choose another coffee shop. Read more
I feel a lot of people are unjustifiably blaming the employees for things they cannot control, such as the wait time or how busy... the place is. The truth is, it's the closest thing to a lot of classes so it's extremely busy. I would say the employees areusually understanding but they're also pretty stressed. I've been recognized a few times by employees and it always surprises mebecause there's so many people! Very bad experience. All workers are inexperienced and don?t give respect. They show like they are fed up with orders and talk... like illiterate. They did not complete order in proper manner and gave ridiculous food. Read more
