The pettiness is unbelievable. I was dining in and purchased a bagel, pastry and steeped tea. My tea got cold very quickly and... I asked if they could warm it up. They said no. I asked if they could give be another half cup (not even a full cup) since Istill had half a cup of cold tea. Several of the employees said no, we could only do this if you took a sip. This requestwould have cost Tim Hortons Pennie?s and I would have come back, but they have now lost a customer for pure pettiness! Read more

It seems like every location, I've been to, has the same type of staff that likes to mess up my order. My tea order isn't hard... (large or medium peppermint tea w/ 3 sugars), my coffee order isn't hard (large or medium 4×4, 4 cream & 4 sugars), my bagelorder isn't hard (plain bagel, not toasted w/ herb & garlic cream cheese), yet the staff finds some way to mess it up or give mesomeone else's order Read more

BREAKING NEWS: this location and a few other TIm Horton's in Peel Village are stealing from the consumer. Image 1: is how much... it costs for individual coffee properly taxed (we asked them to split the bill when we realized the deceit/theft). Image 2: ishow HST is charge twice (hst1 & hst) when two coffees are on one receipt. Image 3: is the tim horton's register screen of ourorder in Walmart on Steeles and Rutherford (which added automatically hst1 & hst). The owner(s) of these locations have beendoing a bit of shady business over the last few months. And with inflation this is totally unfair @cityofbrampton. Read more

I am a regular customer at Tim Hortons. Tonight when I went to order steep tea, the young employee with the glasses named Baban... refused to take my order of the steep tea. This is not the first time that this has happened, it has occurred about 4 to 5 timesbefore. Whenever he is working in his shift, he does not take the steep tea order, and provides false reasons such as sayingthat "I have to clean the machine, or I am alone or busy". Please don't schedule such lazy employees during the night shift. Read more

Flies in the donuts and tables were not clean and lobby is a mess. People can get sock and lead to various diseases. Who knows... what we are eating from this unhygienic food. Read more

Nearest where I live and always ordered the same thing. Great service in the morning very fast service in the drive thru n my... coffee tastes great most of the time. Totally different scenario in the afternoon or evenings. Very very very very sloooooowservice n very very very bad tasting coffee as well. Like I don't get it, it's always double double dark roast for me buttotally different tastes...why? Not a long line in the afternoon or evening like I'm just the 3rd but my golly 10-12min for mycoffee drive thru? Ayayayyy! Read more

Big line up, but went through fast. Lady at the drive thru couldn't hear/understand properly. The food was just ok.
