The order taker didn?t listen to the order we made, but corrected the mistake when I went back to the cash. More of an issue was... the bathroom. The Wendy?s apparently takes care of the men?s room. The Tim Hortons ?takes care? of the women?s room. It wasabsolutely disgusting! The irony is that there is a sign on the door that says ?Commitment to Cleanness?. Worst experience today, they took order for breakfast sandwiches when they had no eggs. Had to wait 20 minutes for the full... order, also no chocolate milk. Long lineups over 10 minutes to order. We were told by cashier to be practical, perhaps this isthe standard at this location Read more
I have been going to this Tim?s for a while now, and the first time I went i ordered a med coffee triple triple. When I drove up... to the window the lady there didn?t even look at me and I scanned my tims card as she handed me the coffee she was so focused ontalking to her coworkers she didn?t even take my money. This happened a few more times when I went, waiting forever to be servedat the drive through speaker, and waiting another couple mins for my coffee to be made almost 5-8 mins compared to the Tim?s Igo to on the way to work which takes maybe about 3 mins, this place has got to smarten up and train your staff better you?re notonly loosing money but I would rather drive to another Tim?s then go to this one even if I get free coffee because they don?teven pay attention here I would hate it if this were my business and that?s who I had working there. They gave me a leaking cup. The coffee got spilled on my clothes and my car. Instead of replacing it they doubled the cup. When... I went inside to talk they started an argument. I left my coffee at the counter. Worst experience at tim Hortons ever. Read more
Not great with providing regular Tim Hortons quality food. My bagel had to be made twice, it wasn?t toasted at all when I asked... for double toasted. I ordered Chai Tea with Double Double, and Jalapeño Bagel, She handed me over only Double Double and I asked to replace it... with chai tea, she made again and made only chai tea without Double double,, for the bagel i am attaching the picture, she didntcut the bagel into half, last time i got the bagel she cut in half but only the top layer not the bottom one. Whoever is theowner or manager has to take care about their employees; I dont know how manager manages the employee and watch them while theywork. Lack of training or what, not sure. Read more
DISGUSTING!!! Too bad google reviews do not have zero stars, as that is what this location truly deserves. Coffee had spoiled... cudled milk see the pic, sandwich was done wrong. Ordered Turkey melt and got cold cuts inside. The so called "manager" Mariowas so rude and unprofessional, bluntly said he sees nothing wrong with the order despite the pictures. I guess he should checkwith Tim Hortons what is the difference between Turkey melt and Turkey sandwich and carved Turkey and cold cuts. I will neverstep a foot there again, as well as everyone I know. Currently dealing with Tim Hortons headquarters about this location. Read more
The worst managed Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They never speak clearly on the mic in the drive-thru and always I keep... having to correct them on the order. When I told the girl at drive thru that I could not hear her clearly through the drivethru, she became combative and rude. Don?t know how to place an order that they can understand .
