No drive thru. Walk up is ok. Parking is usually easy. Gets busy during peak times like you would expect.
Very dirty and stinky. Everyone was coughing and was not wearing a mask. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

On friday(7/oct/2022) in the early morning nearby 6 o?clock, employee named Pam had talked with me in a very rude way. A second... employee i dont know the name i asked her about the iphone charger and she was about to reply me in a nice way but immediatelyPam replied me that she do not walk with a charger( she talked with me in a bad manner). She seems to be aged but she dont havethe etiquette to speak with a customer as she is a trainer, she has to learn how to deal with a customer in a gentle way. Ihope action sholud be taken on this because i can?t handle my disrespect. Thanks. Read more

I usually order ahead of time and pick up coffee on the way to work. Every coffee that I've gotten from this location has been... fantastic. Each sip is just the right mixture of cream and sugar. Just amazing work to the staff, you guys rock! Read more
I usually don?t go to this location, and this will be my last time! A day prior I order a passion fruit tea lemonade at a... different location and I really enjoyed it. I ordered it at this location and the colour was there but the drink tasted watereddown and definitely not a lemonade. I told the employee that it wasn?t sweet and I had tried it before and it tasted funny. Shehad a little of an attitude but took the drink and added syrup. I tasted it and it was still off. I waited for her to walk awayand asked another employee to remake it. I feel like the level of incompetence is very high at this location, and they shouldnot sell a drink that not only 1 employee but 2 employees can?t make. I?m furious but I left this Tim Horton?s with a lemonadeconsidering it was only a $3 drink but it?s just the principle of I paid for it and did not receive what i requested. Read more
I went in today early in the morning with my friends. The service was good but an employee who looked a little senior in age was... pretty rude and dominating towards other employees. She yelled at them like she just wanted to exploit them. As an internationalstudent i felt a little concerned as the employees were young, looked college going.
