I wish I could give it negative stars, there was a lady working at drive-thru speaks Hindi. The whipcream on our ice cap was so... badly presented that even puppucino(whip cream for pets) at starbucks looks good then that. Also, We asked for light ice in ourquenchers and she literally left a third of the cups empty. I asked her that please fill them little bit more but she said it?stheir policy and gave me a cup full of water to add that to my drinks. Very very very bad location? The so call Manager Gagan I think that her name is very rude and unprofessional to the max.. she... loves to argue and think she owns the business and act like she?s on top of the world and ppl are just below her.. I witnessed aincident there and couldn?t believe it that a supervisor or manager would talk or treat customers they way Gagan dose. I postingthis experience as a eye witness and can?t believe Tim Horton don?t take customer service seriously and the employees knows thatso they?re not scared at all.. Tim Horton needs a good training for all level to understand the basic concept of dealing withpeople. Their food is never fresh, it?s 3rd time when I ordered muffin and it was really bad, last time I got donut from them and it was... hard and anyone can tell it was old and when I complained they tried 2-3 more donuts and none of them was in good condition,even the employees were not able to justify themselves and today the muffin was also same. I got food poisoning here from their breakfast sandwiches. They way those sandwiches were put together is highly suspicious and... unhygienic. Reported. As with a lot of the tim hortons in this area the quality is diabolical. I'm calling the health andsafety office for this location to protect others from this health hazard. Read more
Great costumer services and fresh coffee and timbits. The Tim Hortons is located inside of the circle K. The location have... public washroom inside the store. Be aware the store open until late at night, but the tim hortons close at 9:00 pm Read more
Always have to tell them to butter the bagel properly and never is it done. My son gets a dry bagel every morning. They throw... your food at you like your the one slowing them down. Just awful service. Need new employees for sure Read more
