Knowing their sales they are not prepared with raw food. 2 times drive-thru didn't get any of the food ordered... completed. Habenaro Chicken bowl with only 3 chunks of chicken with a little rice... The bowl was showing half and I paid forthe full. No worth of it. Ordered a baegal and said to put chipotle inside it the girl taking order refused with no guilt thatthey will don't put it. The worst tim hortons i have ever seen. I ordered steeped tea double double and cilantro bowl . She given me cilantro wrap and... double double coffee. Very bad experience. I went to buy a cup of coffee and had to wait in the drive thru for 10+ mins . When I asked the girl that... they could have asked the customer in front of me to wait in parking lot( which they do , as I have already done that in past!), the girl who handed the coffee was calm but the lady inside making coffees told me ? it was okay ?. I told them I got late topick my kid from day care and what got me angry was the lady?s attitude who said it was okay. It?s not okay . If there was away I could get out of the drive thru I would have , since I could not move my car out of the lineup , I was late. Why justbecause of a coffee. Please make your customer service better. This is a small Tim Horton?s at a gas station very close to my house They have new people attending at the drive through very... often and they actually can not deal with more than 3 cars at a time so the wait here during peak hours is like never ending Uactually move very very slow They give I stale old coffee when fresh one is brewed and there So one time I asked for a darkroast. at their drive through and I got a stale old and a cold coffee Then after I took a sip and gagged I went from the door totheir counter unlike about 3 minutes and the lady at the counter says oh we do have freshly brewed coffee and have me a hotawesome coffee Why would they not do it at the first place ????
