I have been coming to this location everyday for the last 5 weeks. The service has been amazing. Today I was told I had to enter... my order at the self serve. My order are from $35 to $50 a day. I would be there for 15 mins to enter in my order. After 4 minsand not even a 1/4 of the way into my order I left. Soon Tim's will start charging us to make our own food. Read more

Weirdest Tim Hortons of brampton. First a lady told me to wait for a sec at DriveThru than she came back after five minutes.... Meanswhile i was listening a lady sneezing all the time from their drivethru's speaker. Than i told me order of Tea and Muffin.She punched my order and told me to "Drive up". And at the window lady told me that they don't have any tea or muffin rightnow. The stupid thing is she make me wait for 5 minutes first and than took my order and didn't give me anything. Every time I come through drive thru they always get my order wrong, I understand that there?s a system and you need to get cars... through at a certain time but they need to start getting orders correct instead of rushing orders. I ordered an Iced capp withAlmond Milk, got charged for it and got a regular Iced capp with cream. I didn?t even bother going back in to correct it, I wasin a rush I just threw the drink out. Theresa from this location in Brampton is amazing!!! I came in to get breakfast items in the morning and dined in/settled with... my laptop throughout the afternoon and noticed Theresa's hard work and great teamwork throughout my stay. She continuouslyhelped an employee on cash with a customer while multitasking as well, cleaned up the dining areas to provide a great andconvenient space for customers, checking in with customers who are dining to ask how they are enjoying their food/time, andalways maintained a positive attitude while taking orders. I'm sure they are always busy with many orders and have to endure alot throughout the day, so I really appreciate all the employees here and especially want to highlight Theresa for her greatteam work and stellar customer service. Horrible experience. I took my guests to have breakfast there. They were visiting from Germany. Manager was already frustrated... even though it was only 10 am. We are family of 20 people paid almost over $130 but still she had an attitude. They messed upeverything on our order. And did not even feel bad. Very bad service. Just tried first time this Tim, I usually get my bagel and coffee the morning while going to work for my... breakfast . Bagel was not even toasted, raw butter not melted and coffee was also so bad. I was just going to work and they giveme very bad food. Totally ridiculous Read more
