Simran and Nav are extremely ignorant servers at this location. They have no concept of customer service skills. I ordered a... large coffee and 10 Tim bits. I was handed my coffee in the drive through and was not handed tim bits. Nav handed me my coffeeand ignorantly told me she handed me tim bits already and further accused me of wanting to steal. Simran then jumped in and saidshe handed them to me. I told them both you can clearly see into my vehicle, there is no tim bits. I also asked for these timbits to be assorted without birthday cake flavour. She gives me all birthday cake and continues to tell me I already receivedthe proper donuts. I asked simran for Nav name and she just laughed in my face. Nav turned around asked me what the f do I wantand why I?m still here. It?s disgusting that your staff can speak to regular customers this way. I asked her for her name shetold me and I left. She should not be speaking to customers with profanity or in this manner at all. The both of them should befired for treating customers like this absolutely disgusting when I come here daily before work. Very bad experience. I ordered for medium mocha iced cap. I requested for blended the whipper topping inside that. She took my... order and repeated it. But i got ice cap with topping of whipped cream. At window i asked again can you please blended it butshe rudely said ?No? without any manner and shut the window down very aggressively and did not make eye contact. I don?t knowher name but she seems like Chinese lady or phillipines. I ordered around at around 9.27 PM. (31March2022) I am disappointedwith their service. Head office please take it seriously.
