This location has tons of staff to serve customers. No lineups like some other locations. And the staff are courteous and quick.... Adding savory pastries to their menu is a smart move. We tried the herb pastry as well as the one with jalapeño and although abit too cheesy, it was a delicious change from the usual donuts. Read more

There are always issues whenever I order at this Tim Hortons, but this time was really not acceptable. I ordered 4 drinks, of... which one was a small double double and a large coffee with two creams. As you can see in the picture, my coffee looks andtastes like water. Not only was the coffee like water, but the staff was also rushing me when I was receiving the order. All inall, now I have to waste my time to drive back to the Tim Hortons, to get a new $2 coffee. I hope that these issues getrectified soon, so other customers do not face these issues either. Read more

Space is nice. They made a mistake on the order and even after I said my correct order, the rep repeatedly was yelling out the... incorrect one. Terrible service. No smiles, look like they all hate their jobs. Read more

Considerably clean in the Drive-Thru and inside. A very busy location though, so if you're looking for a Quick stop try another... location. But the several times we've been here the service has been good and our orders were accurate Read more

One of the worst Tim Hortons in Brampton, Staff doesn?t know proper English. You can hear the staff babbling to each in Punjabi... in drive through ( common in all Tim Hortons in Brampton). Everytime i ask for a coffee with no Sugar ( cuz i am diabetic) theyput sugar and have to walk in to store to get it fixed. Please hire the staff who understands English properly and who can takecare of customer orders properly. Read more

The worst location by far. Order is wrong. Drive through takes 15 minutes too long. Staff very rude and inefficient. Terrible... managing of this location. This location should be managed by someone who knows what customer service is. A lot of firing needsto happen at this location. I will be making a complaint to the franchisee, franchisor and the larger brand's head office.UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Read more

The operator in the drive through was very inconsiderate. We ordered for two cappuccino. The milk spill on the side of the cup... was bad and the cup was wet on the outside. We asked if we could have a cup. She gave us paper napkins without saying a word. Wesaid we asked for a cup. She just signed no, taking another person?s order. Coffee was great, customer service moving fast, needs to work on the line up a little more organized as it feels rushed, but not... friendly. They don?t greet customers the right way and that needs to be addressed, I think because they are trying to move toofast in lineup, but you need to focus on all areas.
