They didn't have some of the things mentioned but they had the egg and cheese on an English muffin. They did not have the candy... cane latte with alternative milks as they said it is from the machine. Read more

Wanna give 0 star, worst service don?t know how to deal with customers. Went there today around 3:50pm girl on front cash was... so arrogant. They were out of chicken, eggs and everything bagels I think then they should shut down the doors. Read more

The staff not only know my order, but even refer to me, by my order. That's what I call amazing service.

Very poor service, i just got my order and while i was giving order the two ladies started talking in their own language while i... was giving order. Also she was very rude. It was quite visible that she wasn?t happy because i was customizing my order. It isreally unacceptable and i will never come to this location again. My order time was 0810 Am. Read more

The best Cafe Mocha that I have ever had anywhere. I have always taken it with 2 Cream/2 Sugar. Pair it with an assortment of... Timbits and you're in heaven. I wish Tim Hortons made a retail packet of Cafe Mocha so that we could also have it in the comfortof our homes. I would highly recommend it. Only concern with the outlet at Wanless & Hurontario is that there are no searingoutside (just two benches) which is a little inconvenient. Something that the Corporate could think about. Read more

I asked for a steeped tea at 9:30, the team member said I cannot give you it is finished, I told her I have worked at Tim?s... before we never wash our pots before closing time but she explained how the company doesn?t pay her after 10 pm (closing time ofthe restaurant) and said it is company?s fault. Definitely if this Is happening, company is loosing clients and may have lostmany more due to same reason. If anyone faces issues like this you can always go to labor court but sometimes people just ignoreit. If this franchise owner or manager sees this message please pay your employees for the extra hour they work after closingtime because cleaning takes time. Thanks! Purchased a Coffee through Drive thru and it?s one of the worst service ever at this location. Irrespective of waiting time,... they hardly understand the order and concentrate on just one single line rather and don?t really care about one who is waitingfor longer time. Staff during the shifts are pathetic in their service and mai behave through their communication. Asked them acup of water and they gave me a cup of water as shown in the picture. Not sure who can fill with this water though water shouldbe given with full closed cap. Coffee was super cold and when I asked to change they said they can?t..
