as on daily basis I vist there place for my breakfast , but they never have steeptea and another tea they make sometimes its so... cold or without suger. I don't know whay they guys are doing not serious about there work. Read more

I have never seen a Tim Hortons with worse customer service than this place: 1. They mess up your order numerous times 2. They... forget to give you napkins I understand they can be busy and working in a fast paced environment like theirs can be hard butfor them to mess up orders numerous times and forget to give napkins numerous times (both through drive through and the counter)bothers me. I don't appreciate having to grab napkins from elsewhere prior to going to work. Read more

I would not even give this place 1 star , we ordered 5 drinks and somehow she got offended that we ordered these many drinks .... We ordered at exact 12.40 , the girl was extremely rude. There was no customer service . Read more

We went inside with my husband to buy a coffee, there was 4 staffs 2 were taking drive thru order and we waited but they ignore... us. When we walk out we saw that there was only one car waiting for their order. This steeles ave and airport road branch istotally disgusting!!! Read more

Yesterday i placed order through mobile app, when i went there to pickup they said that they don?t serve that items in that... particular store. i requested refund , they denied to refund me and suggest me to contact customer service for the refund. icontact them and now customer service agent mentioned that store have authority to refund. if its 2-5$ i can leave it but i pay13$ and didn?t get my order. Very disappointed. i have the receipt of my order and i can come to the store for refund if thestore manager or owner can do it. Read more

The girls working there do not have sense to work. I ordered 3 medium ice capp with no wipped cream. First they sold us and... charged for large ice cap by saying that they have no medium glasses. And there was whipped cream topping on the ice capp. Isaid them that I do not like whipped cream. Then they pour ice capp in the dustbin to remove the whipped cream gave that 3/4glass of icecaap to me. Read more

What's the point of placing a mobile order in advance if it's not gonna be ready when I get to the store? They didn't even know... I had placed an order when I got there. Drive thru was a mess. Front cash was a mess. ??????????? Read more
